Clear choices before entry
Each Competition clearly states its prize and condition, entry price, total Ticket allocation, customer limit, closing date, draw date, free postal route and winner-selection method. A prize may be new, used, refurbished or pre-owned; collectable details and grading are described accurately.
Online and free entry routes
Customers can enter online using the payment methods displayed at checkout or use the free postal-entry route set out in the Terms. Valid paid and postal Entries join the same final main-draw pool and count towards the same competition-specific customer limit.
Eligibility and guaranteed draws
Entry is for people aged 18 or over who live in mainland England, Scotland or Wales. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and offshore islands are excluded. Draws are guaranteed regardless of sales, without a low-sales extension or prize reduction.
Transparent selection and results
The normal winner-selection method is a verifiably random and auditable digital draw from the final valid Ticket list. Each Competition states the method that applies. Genuine results and proportionate fulfilment information are published after verification.
Instant Wins
Some Competitions may include Instant Win prizes. Where this applies, the Competition page and specific terms explain the prizes, allocation, free-entry treatment and claim process. Flagship does not operate Spin to Win, scratch-card or casino-style games.
