How It Works

The Flagship entry and draw journey

Last updated: 22 August 2026.

  1. Create or sign in to an eligible account. You must be 18 or over and live in mainland England, Scotland or Wales.
  2. Select an open Competition. Check the prize, condition, customer limit, closing dates, draw date and winner-selection method.
  3. Choose the number of Entries. Keep within the competition-specific customer limit.
  4. Complete payment or use the free route. Pay using a method displayed at checkout, or follow the Free Postal Entry instructions.
  5. Receive a valid Ticket. Online Tickets are allocated after payment confirmation; postal Tickets are allocated after a compliant postcard is accepted.
  6. Join the same valid pool. Paid and postal Entries count towards the same customer limit and form part of the same final main-draw pool.
  7. Finalise the Entry list. The final valid Ticket list is closed and retained before the draw.
  8. Select the winner. Flagship uses the method stated on the Competition page.
  9. Contact and verify the winner. Flagship uses email and telephone and completes appropriate age, identity, address and eligibility checks.
  10. Record and publish the result. The result, any redraw reason and fulfilment status are recorded and published appropriately.

Instant Win competitions

Where a Competition includes Instant Win prizes, the Competition page and its specific terms explain the available prizes, how they are allocated, the free-entry treatment and how they may be claimed.

Questions or free-entry help

Read the Frequently Asked Questions, Terms and Conditions and Free Postal Entry page, or contact Flagship.

Paying online

Card payments for standard prize draws are subject to a maximum Flagship paid-card spend of £250 per registered player in each UK calendar month. A lower personal limit or account restriction may also apply. Available payment methods are shown only when entries are open. An online entry is valid only after payment is confirmed and an entry number is allocated.
