These answers explain the customer journey in plain English. The Terms and Conditions and the relevant Competition page apply where more detail is needed.
About Flagship and eligibility
What is Flagship Competitions?
Flagship Competitions Limited operates online prize draws for eligible customers aged 18 or over who live in mainland England, Scotland or Wales. Competitions feature technology, gaming, home, luxury and collectable prizes.
Is Flagship Competitions a registered company?
Yes. Flagship Competitions Limited is registered in the United Kingdom with company number 17386071. See About Us.
Who can enter?
You must be aged 18 or over, hold an eligible registered account and live in mainland England, Scotland or Wales. Read the Terms and Conditions.
Which areas are excluded?
Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and offshore islands are excluded.
Why do I need an account?
An account links eligibility information, customer limits, valid Entries, winner contact and Competition records to one person. Guest competition entry is not permitted and only one account is allowed per person.
Payments and online entry
How do I enter online?
Sign in to your Flagship account, select an open Competition, choose the required number of Entries and complete payment using an accepted debit-payment method displayed at checkout. A Ticket is allocated after payment is confirmed.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available for a transaction are displayed at checkout. Eligible credit and debit cards may be used through the payment options offered at checkout. Flagship’s account, eligibility and spending controls apply.
Can I use a credit card through a digital wallet?
No. Credit-card-funded payments are not accepted, including a credit card used through a digital wallet, wallet balance, money-service business or another payment intermediary.
When does my online Entry become valid?
A paid Entry is valid only after payment has been confirmed and the Ticket number or numbers have been allocated. A pending, failed, declined, cancelled, abandoned or unconfirmed payment is not a valid Entry.
What is the monthly paid-card limit?
Flagship applies a maximum paid-card spend of £250 per registered player in each calendar month across all prize draws. The month uses Europe/London time. Successful card payments and active checkout reservations count together, and a lower personal or account limit may apply.
Does a refund reset my monthly allowance?
Not normally. A successfully accepted payment remains counted for the rest of that calendar month even if it is later refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back. This prevents a refund-and-rebuy loop and does not affect any right to a refund.
Can I pay to enter an Instant Win competition?
Paid Instant Win entries are available only for competitions marked open for entry. The competition page sets out the instant-item inventory, eligibility, free postal-entry route and any separate conditional bonus.
Free postal entry and Tickets
Is there a free postal-entry route?
Yes. Every open Competition provides a no-purchase postal route. Read the Free Postal Entry instructions.
How do I submit a free postal Entry?
Use one open postcard, include every required detail and the declaration, pay ordinary first- or second-class postage and post it separately so it arrives before the published postal deadline. Do not hand deliver it.
How many postal Entries may I submit?
Each accepted postcard is one Entry. You may submit separate compliant postcards up to the same competition-specific customer limit shared with online Entries. Bulk or enclosed batches are not accepted.
Do postal and online Entries have the same chance?
Yes. One accepted postcard receives one randomly allocated available Ticket in the same final main-draw pool, with the same chance per valid Ticket as an online Entry.
How are Ticket numbers allocated?
Ticket numbers are allocated from the available Ticket population after payment confirmation or acceptance of a compliant postal Entry. Each valid Ticket counts towards the customer limit shown for the Competition.
Is there a maximum number of Entries per customer?
Yes. For a standard draw, one registered customer may hold no more than 10% of the advertised total Ticket pool, rounded down with a minimum of one. Valid paid Tickets, accepted postal Tickets and active reservations are combined when applying that limit.
Draws and prizes
Are draws guaranteed?
Yes. Every advertised draw proceeds regardless of Ticket sales.
Can a closing date be extended because sales are low?
No. A Competition is not extended merely because sales are low.
Can the prize be reduced because sales are low?
No. Flagship does not reduce the advertised prize merely because sales are low.
How is the winner normally selected?
The normal method is a verifiably random and auditable digital draw from the final list of valid Ticket numbers. The Competition page states the method that applies.
Could a physical draw be used?
Yes, but only where the Competition page expressly states a physical method before entry and explains the relevant process. Standard draws are not promised as live ball-machine or live-streamed events.
Do any Competitions include Instant Win prizes?
Some Flagship Competitions may include Instant Win prizes. Where this applies, the Competition page and its specific terms explain the available prizes, how they are allocated, the free-entry treatment and how they may be claimed.
Does Flagship offer Spin to Win or scratch-card games?
No. Flagship does not operate Spin to Win, scratch-card, scratch-to-reveal or casino-style games.
Winners, delivery and refunds
How are winners contacted?
Flagship uses the email address and telephone number on the account and records reasonable contact attempts. Keep your details accurate.
How long does a winner have to respond?
A provisional winner has 14 calendar days to respond. If they do not respond or are ineligible, a recorded redraw may take place from the original final list of valid Entries.
Will a winner need to prove identity and age?
Yes. Before any prize is released, the Promoter will verify that the winner is aged 18 or over and may require satisfactory documentary evidence of age and identity for this purpose. Proportionate address, territory, account and valid-Entry checks may also be required. Payment ownership may also be checked where relevant.
Is there always a cash alternative?
No. A cash alternative exists only where the Competition page expressly advertises one. Where both the prize and cash alternative are advertised, the verified winner may choose.
Who pays for delivery?
Flagship pays normal tracked and insured delivery. Delivery is normally within 30 days after verification unless the Competition page clearly states otherwise.
Can a prize be collected?
Collection may be agreed for a high-value, delicate or collectable prize. The Competition page or winner arrangements explain the suitable method.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Entitlement depends on the facts and statutory rights. Duplicate charges, verified faults, cancelled Competitions, unavailable prizes or payment without a valid Ticket may justify a refund. Read Refunds and Cancellations.

Paying online
Card payments for standard prize draws are subject to a maximum Flagship paid-card spend of £250 per registered player in each UK calendar month. A lower personal limit or account restriction may also apply. Available payment methods are shown only when entries are open. An online entry is valid only after payment is confirmed and an entry number is allocated.
