Flagship prize draws are entertainment and do not guarantee a win. They must never be treated as a way to make money, recover losses or solve financial problems. Only participate if you are aged 18 or over, eligible and can afford the total cost without affecting essential spending.
Protections and clear information
- Credit-card-funded payments are prohibited, including indirect use through wallets or other intermediaries.
- Every Competition states its price, total Ticket allocation, customer limit, closing date and entry methods before entry.
- Guest Entry is disabled and a registered account is required.
- Age, account and territory information must be accurate and may be verified.
- Competition-specific customer limits apply to paid and postal Entries together.
- For standard draws, the customer limit is 10% of the advertised Ticket pool, rounded down with a minimum of one.
Monthly paid-card limit
Flagship applies a maximum paid-card spend of £250 per registered player in each UK calendar month across all prize draws. The month follows Europe/London time. Successful paid-card entries and active payment reservations count together. Free postal entries do not consume the monetary allowance, but paid and postal Tickets share the competition-specific customer limit.
A lower personal limit or account restriction may also apply. A reduction, including a limit of £0, applies immediately. An increase has a 24-hour cooling-off period and cannot exceed £250. A successful payment normally remains counted for that month if it is later refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back.
Paid Instant Win entries are available only for competitions marked open for entry. The competition page sets out the instant-item inventory, eligibility, free postal-entry route and any separate conditional bonus.
Request a restriction, suspension or closure
Email info@flagshipcompetitions.co.uk or call 020 4569 1411 to request a manual spending restriction, account suspension, permanent account closure or marketing suppression. Flagship verifies the request and administers it as soon as reasonably practicable.
If participation is causing concern
Stop entering and contact Flagship to request an immediate restriction. Consider speaking to someone you trust and an independent money, health or support service appropriate to your circumstances. Flagship Competitions is a prize-draw promoter and does not describe itself as a gambling operator.
