How this website uses cookies and storage
Last updated: 28 August 2026.
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. Flagship uses these technologies for login, security, baskets, WooCommerce sessions, source attribution and saved consent preferences. Optional Meta advertising technology is blocked until a visitor actively accepts it.
Strictly necessary and service storage
- WordPress login and security cookies support authentication, security and account preferences. Names and duration vary by session and whether a login is remembered.
- WooCommerce session and basket cookies, including
wp_woocommerce_session_*,woocommerce_items_in_cartandwoocommerce_cart_hash, keep an active basket and session consistent. - Browser cart storage may store the basket hash, creation time and rendered basket fragments in local or session storage.
- WordPress test cookies may be used on the login screen to confirm that the browser accepts cookies.
- WooCommerce private-preview access may use a first-party access cookie when an authorised preview link is used.
- Flagship consent preference,
fc_cookie_consent, stores the notice version, random consent identifier, advertising choice and time for up to 180 days so the website can respect the visitor’s choice.
Blocking necessary storage may prevent login, basket, checkout or security features from working correctly.
Order-attribution cookies
WooCommerce may use first-party cookies beginning sbjs_ to record how a visit began, including referral source, campaign information, landing page, session timing and browser information. This supports order-source reporting and is separate from the cookies needed for account security or basket operation.
External fonts
The current design requests Manrope and Cormorant Garamond styles from Google Fonts. The request may disclose the visitor’s IP address and browser request information to Google. It is a design resource and is not used by Flagship as an advertising pixel.
Optional Meta advertising
Meta Pixel is optional advertising technology supplied by Meta Platforms. It remains blocked until a visitor actively chooses Accept advertising. If accepted, it helps Flagship measure eligible public page visits, understand whether a genuine account registration was completed, create website Custom Audiences and retarget consenting visitors with relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
_fbpmay be created after consent to distinguish browsers for advertising measurement and generally lasts up to 90 days._fbcmay be created after consent only where a legitimate Meta click identifier is present and generally lasts up to 90 days.- Eligible events are limited to PageView, ViewContent and genuine CompleteRegistration. Purchase, AddToCart and InitiateCheckout advertising events are not active in this phase.
- Automatic advanced matching, Conversions API, product catalogue sync and Meta Shop are not active.
Meta may receive the page URL, referrer or campaign information, browser and device information, IP address used for the request, event information and the Flagship production Pixel or dataset identifier. Flagship does not send date of birth, email, telephone number, address, postcode, password, payment details, complaints or winner-verification information to Meta through this implementation.
Your advertising choice
Advertising is off by default. Choosing Reject non-essential prevents Meta Pixel from loading and does not prevent normal website, registration, account, basket or free postal-entry use. The first-party fc_cookie_consent preference stores the notice version, a random consent identifier, the advertising choice and time for up to 180 days so the site can respect that decision.
Use the persistent Cookie settings link in the website footer to review or withdraw advertising consent. Withdrawal stops future Meta events on subsequent pages and removes _fbp and _fbc where technically possible. Necessary WordPress, WooCommerce and consent-preference storage remains available.
Your browser controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and site storage. Doing so may sign you out, empty the basket or prevent requested account and checkout functions from working. For Flagship’s optional advertising choice, use the Cookie settings link in the footer.
