Accessibility Statement

Our approach

Last updated: 4 September 2026.

Flagship aims to make Competition information, accounts and support usable across common devices and with keyboard and assistive technologies. We use clear headings, readable text, descriptive links, visible focus and responsive layouts where practical.

Accessibility features

  • logical headings, landmarks and a clear page title;
  • keyboard access and visible focus for links, buttons and FAQ details;
  • responsive text and controls at mobile widths and browser zoom;
  • descriptive links and alternative text where images convey meaning;
  • colour contrast and reduced unnecessary motion;
  • clear labels, instructions and error messages for customer forms.

Known limitations

Flagship does not claim formal WCAG conformance. Some third-party WordPress, WooCommerce or payment controls may have accessibility limitations outside Flagship’s direct control. If a customer cannot use a control, Flagship will investigate and offer a practical alternative where reasonably possible.

Report an accessibility problem

Email info@flagshipcompetitions.co.uk or call 020 4569 1411. Tell us the page, device and browser, assistive technology if relevant, the problem and the format or help needed. Do not send sensitive identity or payment data in the first message.

Response process

Flagship acknowledges the request, investigates the affected content or control, offers a practical alternative where possible and provides an update. If the response does not resolve the issue, use the Complaints Procedure.
