Terms and Conditions

About these Terms

Last updated: 10 September 2026.

These Terms and Conditions apply when you create a Flagship account, enter a competition, use the free postal-entry route, claim a prize or otherwise use the Flagship Competitions website. Each competition page and any clearly identified competition-specific terms form part of the agreement for that competition, so please read them before entering.

Promoter and useful definitions

Flagship, we or us means Flagship Competitions Limited, company number 17386071, whose registered office is 7 Exton Close, Chatham, Kent, ME5 8QN. A Competition is an individual Flagship prize draw. An Entry is a valid paid online entry or accepted free postal entry. A Ticket is the unique number allocated to a valid Entry.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be aged 18 or over.
  • You must live in mainland England, Scotland or Wales. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and offshore islands are excluded.
  • You must hold a registered Flagship account. Guest competition entry is not permitted.
  • Only one account is permitted per person. You must not create, control or use duplicate accounts.
  • Your name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number must be complete, current and accurate.
  • Directors, employees and people professionally connected with a Competition, and their immediate households where a conflict exists, may not enter that Competition.

Flagship may request proportionate evidence of age, identity, address, account ownership and territory before confirming an Entry or releasing a prize. An Entry may be refused or invalidated where the entrant does not meet these rules or provides false or misleading information.

Competition information

Each Competition page states the prize and its condition, opening and closing dates, postal receipt deadline, draw date, online entry price, total ticket allocation, customer limit, winner-selection method, delivery or collection arrangements and any cash alternative. Competition-specific information takes priority for that Competition where it clearly differs from these general Terms.

Entering online

To enter online, the customer must sign in, select the required number of entries and complete payment using an accepted debit-payment method displayed at checkout. The quantity selected must remain within the customer limit shown on the Competition page.

Eligible credit and debit cards may be used through the payment options offered at checkout. Flagship’s account, eligibility and spending controls apply.

An online Entry is valid only after payment has been successfully confirmed and the ticket number or numbers have been allocated to the customer’s account. Failed, declined, cancelled, abandoned, pending or unconfirmed payments do not create valid Entries.

Flagship applies a maximum paid-card spend of £250 per registered player in each calendar month across all prize draws. Calendar months begin at 00:00 on the first day of the month and end immediately before 00:00 on the first day of the next month in Europe/London. Successful paid-card entries and active payment reservations count towards the limit. A lower personal or account limit may apply.

Free postal entry

Every open Competition provides a no-purchase postal route under the published Free Postal Entry instructions. You must already hold an eligible Flagship account and the email address on the postcard must match that account.

  • Use one open postcard for one Entry and post each postcard separately.
  • Pay ordinary first- or second-class postage on each postcard.
  • Include every required detail, the exact Competition title or code and the published declaration.
  • Do not enclose batches, place multiple Entries on one postcard, hand deliver an Entry or put one directly through the Promoter’s letterbox.
  • Ensure the postcard is physically received before the published postal closing date and time. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

One accepted postcard receives one randomly allocated available ticket. Paid and postal Entries count towards the same competition-specific customer limit, enter the same final ticket pool and have the same chance of winning per valid ticket. Flagship records accepted and rejected postal submissions and the reason for any rejection.

Entry limits, availability and closing dates

The Competition page states the maximum number of Entries per customer and the deadlines for online and postal routes. Paid and postal Entries are combined when applying that limit. No Entry is accepted after the applicable deadline or after the available allocation has closed.

For a standard draw, one registered customer may hold no more than 10% of the advertised total Ticket pool, rounded down with a minimum of one Ticket. Valid paid Tickets, accepted postal Tickets and active Entry reservations are combined when applying this limit. A free postal Entry does not consume paid-card spending allowance, but it does not bypass the Competition customer limit.

Where an entrant exceeds a stated per-person entry limit, any entries above that limit will be invalid and will not be included as eligible entries. Any payment attributable to invalid excess paid entries will be refunded. No prize will be awarded in respect of an entry that exceeded the applicable entry limit.

Every advertised standard draw is guaranteed regardless of ticket sales. A separate conditional bonus is governed by the expressly disclosed conditions on its Competition page; an unmet bonus condition does not affect valid instant-item entitlements. A Competition will not be extended merely because sales are low, and the advertised prize will not be reduced merely because sales are low.

Prizes and cash alternatives

The Competition page accurately describes the prize, including whether it is new, used, refurbished or pre-owned and any material grade, certification, warranty or condition. A cash alternative is available only where the Competition page expressly advertises one. Where both the advertised prize and an advertised cash alternative are offered, the verified winner may choose between them.

Cash prizes will only be paid to a bank account held in the name of the verified winner.

Winner selection

After closure, Flagship finalises and retains an auditable record of the valid ticket list. The normal method is a verifiably random and auditable digital draw from that final list. A physical draw may be used only where the Competition page expressly states that method before entry and explains the relevant process.

Flagship does not promise that a standard draw will use a ball machine or be live-streamed. The Competition page identifies the method that applies, and completed results are recorded and published appropriately.

Instant Win competitions

Where a Competition includes Instant Win prizes, this is stated clearly on the Competition page before entry. The page and competition-specific terms explain the number and nature of the prizes, how the Instant Win allocation works, the free-entry treatment and how a prize may be claimed. Flagship does not operate Spin to Win, scratch-card, scratch-to-reveal or casino-style games.

Paid Instant Win entries are available only for competitions marked open for entry. The competition page sets out the instant-item inventory, eligibility, free postal-entry route and any separate conditional bonus.

Winner contact, checks and unclaimed prizes

Flagship contacts a provisional winner by email and telephone and records reasonable attempts. The winner has 14 calendar days to respond. Before any prize is released, the Promoter will verify that the winner is aged 18 or over and may require satisfactory documentary evidence of age and identity for this purpose. Flagship may also verify address, territory, account ownership, the valid Entry and, where relevant, payment ownership.

If the winner does not respond in time or is ineligible, Flagship records the reason and redraws from the original final list of valid Entries. The original result, redraw decision and replacement result remain part of the Competition record.

Delivery, collection and publicity

Flagship pays normal tracked and insured delivery. Prizes are normally delivered within 30 days after verification unless the Competition page clearly states otherwise. Collection may be agreed for a high-value, delicate or collectable prize.

Photographs, videos, interviews and testimonials require separate agreement. Declining optional publicity does not remove prize entitlement. Flagship may publish proportionate winner information where reasonably required to demonstrate that a prize was awarded, subject to the Privacy Notice.

Refunds, reversals and chargebacks

The Refunds and Cancellations policy explains when a refund may apply. Statutory rights are preserved. Duplicate charges, verified technical faults, a Competition cancelled by Flagship, inability to provide the advertised prize or an agreed equivalent, payment accepted without a valid ticket allocation, a legal requirement or a reasonable goodwill decision may justify a refund.

A change-of-mind refund will not normally be given after a valid Ticket is allocated, subject to statutory rights. Where a payment is later reversed or successfully charged back, the associated Entry may be suspended or invalidated after investigation in accordance with these Terms.

A payment that was successfully accepted normally remains counted towards the £250 paid-card limit for the rest of that calendar month even if it is later refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back. This does not affect any right to a refund. An audited correction may be made for a genuine operator or payment error where the payment should never have counted.

Fraud, misuse and fair enforcement

You must not use bots, scripts, false information, another person’s payment method without authority, duplicate identities, collusion or a technical fault to gain an advantage. You must not interfere with the website, payment, ticket or draw systems. Flagship may pause activity while it investigates, preserve evidence and apply a reasonable recorded outcome. Genuine complaints and payment disputes are not treated as abuse merely because they are inconvenient.

Spending restrictions, suspension and closure

You may set a lower monthly paid-card limit, including £0, through your account where that control is available, or contact Flagship to request a restriction, account suspension, permanent account closure or marketing suppression. A reduction applies immediately. An increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period and can never raise the limit above £250. No paid Entry is permitted during an active suspension.

Privacy and marketing

Flagship processes personal information as explained in the Privacy Notice. Service messages about an account, Entry, draw, complaint or prize are separate from optional marketing. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

Complaints

Use the Complaints Procedure. Flagship aims to acknowledge a complaint within two working days and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. An unresolved complaint may be referred for director-level review. Flagship is not a member of an alternative-dispute-resolution or trade-body complaint scheme.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, each party is responsible for loss that was reasonably foreseeable from its breach.

Changes, severability and waiver

A genuine “Last updated” date identifies each version. A version accepted for an existing Entry will not be rewritten retrospectively to disadvantage that entrant. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining parts continue so far as lawful. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, while a consumer keeps any mandatory right to bring a claim in the part of Great Britain where they live.

Paying online

Card payments for standard prize draws are subject to a maximum Flagship paid-card spend of £250 per registered player in each UK calendar month. A lower personal limit or account restriction may also apply. Available payment methods are shown only when entries are open. An online entry is valid only after payment is confirmed and an entry number is allocated.
