Complaints Procedure

How to complain

Last updated: 4 September 2026.

Email info@flagshipcompetitions.co.uk or call 020 4569 1411. You may also write to Flagship Competitions Limited, Unit 67, Joseph Wilson Industrial Estate, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 3PS.

Provide your name, account email, preferred contact route, relevant Competition or order reference, what happened, when it happened, the outcome you seek and any evidence that can be shared safely. Do not send full card details or unnecessary identity documents.

What happens next

  • Flagship aims to acknowledge the complaint within two working days.
  • A suitable reviewer examines the relevant Competition page, Terms version, Entry, payment, postal, draw, communication and fulfilment records.
  • Flagship aims to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If more time is reasonably needed, it explains why and provides an update.
  • The response explains the findings, evidence considered, any appropriate remedy and the internal review route.

Director-level review

If the complaint remains unresolved, ask for director-level review. The reviewer reconsiders the evidence and response with appropriate authority and avoids conflicts of interest.

Records, confidentiality and fair treatment

Flagship keeps proportionate complaint and evidence records, restricts access and uses themes to improve its processes. Making a genuine complaint does not reduce a valid chance of winning or remove prize entitlement. Reasonable boundaries may be set for abusive or threatening contact without avoiding the underlying complaint.

Independent routes

Flagship is not a member of an ADR, mediation or trade-body complaint scheme. Statutory consumer, privacy, advertising and court routes remain available where applicable. Privacy complaints may also be made to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
